Despite the fact that the number of infections and deaths that have been registered during the fifth wave is lower than those presented in the previous waves, the Ssa has urged the population to continue with basic hygiene measures such as keeping a distance of 1.5 meters with the others, greet from a distance, use face masks, wash hands frequently and ventilate closed places. Likewise, it is of great importance to protect and care for the elderly.
