The former secretary general of the presidency during the government of Mauricio Macri, Ferdinand Andreis, was the first macrismo referent to allude to the conflict with Elisa Carrió, who fired harsh comments at her colleagues from Together for Change. In his social networks, he claimed “Take care” of the opposition coalition so that “it is not contaminated by unclear relations with Pan-Peronism.”
“With Mauricio we believe that the future has to be with values. With freedom -of course- with responsibility, honesty, courage and a lot of respect for others, “he said on his Twitter account.
In this sense, Andreis clarified: “We also believe that we must be tireless in the defense of the Republic and the institutions. Take care that JxC is not contaminated with unclear relationships with the self-proclaimed panperonism. In the very delicate situation of the country, some statements might not help. We believe that we must find ways to mark our differences without disqualifying third parties. Let us not be distracted from the fundamental objective of rescuing Argentina”.
The message of the former macrista official is due to the statements that Carrió gave in television interviews, where he accused several of his colleagues from Together for Change of having reprehensible ethical conduct. He spoke of agreements, negotiations and even the private life of one of them.
The owner of the PRO, Patricia Bullrichwas the first to post a response on Twitter, in which she objected “The degrading show of Elisa Carrió hitting leaders of Together for Change objecting to their ethical conduct, and this without looking at his own and that of his allies”, before which he claimed “Enough, Carrio” and held: “The impunity of the word has to end.”
Rodriguez Larreta he distanced himself from Carrió, your ally and friend. “For many years, from the UCR, the CC and the PRO, and now from JxC, we have been working together for the Republic and for the development of our beloved Argentina. Argentina that hurts us today,” she said on Twitter. I have deep respect for Lilita, one of the founders of the space together with Mauricio, but I do not agree with her statements these days about different members of Together for Change. This is not the way. It is very healthy that there are internal discussions, but the limit is the grievances. We have established instances such as the National Table (of JxC), mechanisms that we must continue to strengthen and institutionalize.”
“Beyond our differences, with a lot of effort and conviction, we have managed to maintain unity, which is what, furthermore, people ask of us -held-. The collective, above individual differences. What unites us is much stronger than what separates us. It is unity that will allow us to once again have the opportunity to transform Argentina and improve the lives of millions of Argentines who today live in anguish and much pain,” he added.
In the course of this morning, in addition to Larreta, the head of the UCR, Gerardo Morales; and others mentioned by Carrió in his controversial television statements, the deputies of JxC Roger Frigerio (PRO) and Emilio Monzo (UCR). “Not everything is worth, @elisacarrio. Your insulting attitude towards me as governor is highly irresponsible. If there is someone who has had to face the mafia and who does not negotiate impunity, it is me”, Morales said.
“In Jujuy there are 43 companies, most of international prestige, investing in lithium with laws and a mining code that is complied with,” he added. As soon as I took office as governor, I made the mining registers transparent so that all areas are known. I do not allow attempts to stain our management. Together for Change must be consolidated as an alternative for the country, not divided. The adversaries who are destroying the hopes of the Argentine people are in the Front of All”.
