How does the Hoy No Circula Sabatino work?

As said before, the Today does not circulate Saturday It is not used the same as during the week and its application depends on your hologram and the completion of your plateas well as the number of Saturday that is in the month.

For example, cars with hologram 1 and whose last digit of the plate is oddthey will not be able to circulate first and third saturday of each month.

While the cars with hologram 1 and whose last digit of the license plate is even they will not be able to circulate the second and fourth saturday of each month.

It is worth mentioning that the only day on which Hoy No Circula does not apply to any car is Sunday, that day is excluded from all types of restrictions.

Sometimes, the Environmental Commission of the Megalopolis (CAMe) suspends the application of Hoy No Circula, mainly on holidays, non-working days, mandatory rest days or vacation seasons.

In contrast, the CAMe can also establish a double Hoy No Circula, where vehicle restrictions are extended, mainly due to poor air quality in the metropolitan area.
